Computed with the same four public criteria as every profile. The human-evidence grade on an indexed profile is set automatically and may change when it is hand-reviewed. It is not a safety score, not a purity rating, and not medical advice, and not a claim that this compound treats, cures, or prevents any condition.
What it is
CJC-1295 no DAC, also called Mod GRF 1-29, is a synthetic, modified version of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). It is thought to act on GHRH receptors in the pituitary to prompt release of growth hormone, with amino acid substitutions intended to make it more stable than the natural fragment. Unlike the DAC version, it lacks the drug affinity complex that extends its time in the body.
What the evidence shows
This compound is not FDA-approved, has no registered human trials, and has only about one published paper, so its effects and safety in humans are essentially unestablished. Most claims about it come from community reports and from research on related GHRH analogs rather than direct study of this specific peptide.
