CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
Not FDA approvedGrowth hormone secretagogue blend
Also known as: CJC/Ipa, CJC Ipamorelin blend
Very thin human evidence
- Regulatory standing. Sold as a research chemical, not approved
- Anecdotal. Community reports, no controlled data
- No registered human trials. Nothing registered on ClinicalTrials.gov
- No sources. Nothing cited to verify
Computed with the same four public criteria as every profile. The human-evidence grade on an indexed profile is set automatically and may change when it is hand-reviewed. It is not a safety score, not a purity rating, and not medical advice, and not a claim that this compound treats, cures, or prevents any condition.
What it is
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is an unapproved combination of two synthetic peptides marketed together. CJC-1295 is a modified analog of growth hormone releasing hormone, and ipamorelin is a ghrelin receptor agonist. Both are thought to prompt the pituitary gland to release growth hormone through different pathways.
What the evidence shows
Each component has been studied separately in small early human trials that measured hormone levels, but there are no known clinical trials of the combined blend, and claimed benefits such as fat loss, muscle gain, or recovery are not established in humans. Registered trial and publication counts for the blend itself are unclear.
What is in this blend
A blend is scored on its own, but the evidence for each ingredient lives on its own profile. Mixing compounds adds unknowns that none of the individual studies cover.
