Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin
Not FDA approvedGHRH analog and GHRP blend
Also known as: Tesa/Ipa
Very thin human evidence
- Regulatory standing. Sold as a research chemical, not approved
- Anecdotal. Community reports, no controlled data
- No registered human trials. Nothing registered on ClinicalTrials.gov
- No sources. Nothing cited to verify
Computed with the same four public criteria as every profile. The human-evidence grade on an indexed profile is set automatically and may change when it is hand-reviewed. It is not a safety score, not a purity rating, and not medical advice, and not a claim that this compound treats, cures, or prevents any condition.
What it is
Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin is a combination of two peptides that act on growth hormone release through different pathways. Tesamorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH), and ipamorelin is a growth hormone secretagogue that acts on the ghrelin receptor. The combination is thought to stimulate the pituitary's own growth hormone release more strongly than either alone, but this idea is largely theoretical.
What the evidence shows
Tesamorelin on its own is approved for reducing excess abdominal fat in people with HIV-associated lipodystrophy, and ipamorelin alone has only limited human trial data. This specific blend is not FDA approved, and no registered human trials or published studies of the combination were identified, so claims about it rest mainly on community reports.
What is in this blend
A blend is scored on its own, but the evidence for each ingredient lives on its own profile. Mixing compounds adds unknowns that none of the individual studies cover.
