Also known as: BPC-157 + TB-500, BPC/TB blend

Evidence score
9/ 100
Thin evidence

Very thin human evidence

  • Regulatory standing. Sold as a research chemical, not approved
  • Anecdotal. Community reports, no controlled data
  • No registered human trials. Nothing registered on ClinicalTrials.gov
  • No sources. Nothing cited to verify

Computed with the same four public criteria as every profile. The human-evidence grade on an indexed profile is set automatically and may change when it is hand-reviewed. It is not a safety score, not a purity rating, and not medical advice, and not a claim that this compound treats, cures, or prevents any condition.

What it is

The so-called Wolverine stack is an informal community name for a combination of two research peptides, BPC-157 and TB-500. BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide derived from a protein fragment found in gastric juice, and TB-500 is a synthetic peptide based on a region of thymosin beta-4. Both are proposed, mainly from animal and lab work, to influence tissue repair processes such as blood vessel formation and cell migration.

What the evidence shows

Automatic summaryAnecdotal

Neither peptide is FDA-approved, and there is no established human evidence for the combination; the individual components have mostly animal and laboratory data with very little human research. Claims about healing benefits from the blend come largely from community reports rather than controlled studies.

What is in this blend

A blend is scored on its own, but the evidence for each ingredient lives on its own profile. Mixing compounds adds unknowns that none of the individual studies cover.
